Sankassa is the site where Lord Buddha descended back to earth from Tautisa Heaven after preaching Abhidhamma to his mother Maya. Present day Sankassa hosts ruins of old monasteries and Buddhist monuments which were built during the time of Emperor Ashoka.

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi. On arrival at the airport, you will meet our representative and be transferred to hotel. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi / Lucknow / Sravasti
Leave Delhi by flight IC 601 dep. 08:55 hrs / arrive Lucknow at 09:50 hrs. Drive to Sravasti (170 kms). Transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04 Sravasti / Lumbini
Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit Sahet Mahet, capital of ancient Kingdom of Kosala, Jetvana Vihar & Buddhist temples. Later leave Sravasti for Lumbini (in Nepal, 225 kms / 6 hrs).
Day 05 : Lumbini/ Kushinagar
  Morning visit Mayadevi temple, Ashokan Pillar & stupas. Leave Lumbini for Kushinagar (161 kms./ 6 hrs.). Arrive Kushinagar, transfer to hotel. Kushinagar is the place where Buddha entered perfect tranquillity the state of MahaPariNirvana. Overnight in Kushinagar
Day 06 : Kushinagar / Varanasi
Morning visit MahaPariNirvana temple & Ramabhar Stupa (cremation place of Lord Buddha). After breakfast leave Kushinagar for Varanasi (260 kms / 8 hrs). On arrival transfer to hotel. Sarnath, near Varanasi is the place where Lord Buddha preached his first Sermon. Overnight in Varanasi.
Day 07 : Varanasi
Early morning boat ride on river Ganges to see the Bathing & Cremation Ghats. Breakfast at hotel. Full day city tour of Varanasi visiting Bharat Mata temple, Tulsi Manas, Banaras Hindu University etc. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 09 : Bodhgaya
Full day tour of Bodhgaya visiting Mahabodhi Temple, Animeshlocan Chaiyata, Mohanta's Monastery, Ratnagar, Archaeological Museum, Tibetan Monastery, Thai Temple & Monastery, International Buddhist House & Japanese Temple, Buddhist Monastery of Bhutan, The Burmese Temple, The Chinese Temple & Monastery.
Day 10 : Bodhgaya / Patna / Delhi
Morning leave Bodhgaya for Patna (182 kms - 6 hrs) enroute visiting Rajgir & Nalanda. Rajgir is a site of great sanctity and significance for Buddhists. Afternoon visit Gridhakuta Hill, Bimbisara jail. Drive to Nalanda which is 14 kms drive and it was one of the oldest Universities of the World & International Centre for Buddhist Studies. Drive to Patna which is 90 kms, on arrival at Patna transfer to airport to connect flight 9W 728 dep. 21:30 hrs. / arr. Delhi at 23:00 hrs. Transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11 : Delhi / Onward destination
Transfer to international airport to connect flight for onward destination.

Day 01: Arrival Delhi
Arrival Delhi. Meet and assist on arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast sightseeing tour of Delhi. Morning visit Old Delhi. It is a 17th century walled city with its splendid gates, narrow alleys, the enormous Bazaar. Visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat. Afternoon tour of New Delhi with wide tree lined avenues, parks and fountains surroundings the imposing government and state Buildings. Visit Humayun's Tomb, an observatory called Jantar Mantar, Qutab Minar, India Gate and President House. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03 : Delhi / Jaipur ( 250 kms / apprx 05 hrs drive)
Morning drive to Jaipur, upon arrival check into hotel. Afternoon Jaipur city tour visiting The City palace contains a museum with rare manuscripts, fine specimens of Rajput and Mughal paintings and an armory.
Day 04 : Jaipur
Morning visit Amber Fort with elephant ride up to the Fort. Amber Fort is 12 kms from Jaipur and was built in 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II, on the outskirts of Jaipur. Afternoon free for leisure or you can visit the colourful local markets. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri, a red sandstone deserted city built by Akbar around 1570 to commemorate the birth of his son, is probably the halls, palaces and mosque are still in a state of perfection as are the tomb of Salim Chisti and the Buland Darwaza.

Lumbini located in foothill of Himalaya in Nepal 22 Kms from India border where Lord Buddha born on full moon day under Sala tree, 2600 yrs ago to the Queen Mayadevi and King Suddodhana of Sakyan Dynasty.

Sarnath was called ISIPATNA and is situated 10 kms from Holy Hindu City Varanasi. After Lord Buddha attained enlightenment.
